I am Mrs. Michel and this is my fourth year teaching at Manzanita.  I'm proud to say that I was a Mustang myself many years ago :)  

I love teaching reading because books have the power to open and expand our minds.  I also love reading about new things.

I am married and we have a big, drooly hound dog named Archie and a grumpy old cat named Piggy.
